  11. Add the mixture to the whipping mix and whip with an electrical hand mixer. The whipped compote should be form soft peak.
  12. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.
  13. After 15 minutes take out the whipped compote. The mixture will be very thick in consistency. Add in to the smoothie glasses to make a thick layer.
  14. Garnish with little berry compote and cranberry and serve chill.
