- Take 2 large Onions

- Get Handful Brussel Sprouts (optional)
- Get 200 Grams Bean Shoots
- Take 2 heaped Teaspoons Whole Grain Mustard
- Make ready 4-6 large Chestnut Mushrooms
- Prepare Cooking Oil
Add oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence in the wok and stir well. Then, add the zongzi in the wok and continue to stir-fry until fragrant. Transfer it on a plate and serve. Heat remaining oil in the wok over a medium-high heat.
Instructions to make Mustard Beef Stir Fry:
- Slice and dice Beef into bite- sized pieces.Add to a wok or large saucepan with about a tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Trim, peel, slice Onions and add to Wok.
- Wash, trim then slice courgettes. Add to Wok.
- Trim off brown parts of Brussel Sprouts, remove outside leaves, then slice into quarters. Add to Wok.
- Wipe Mushrooms, then slice and add to the Wok.
- Start cooking gently, stirring well to coat all ingredients with the oil.
- Continue cooking for about 5-10 minutes to make sure the Beef is browned and the Courgettes and Sprouts are softened. Add the rinsed and drained Bean Shoots and the Whole Grain Mustard to the Wok and stir well for about 2 minutes.
- Continue to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
Add sliced beef and cook to your liking (medium, well-done). Add sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce if using. Toss the chopped pickled mustard greens and continue to stir it for just a minute to incorporate all the flavors. Remove from the pan and set aside.
