  1. Take 1 cup rolled oats
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup almonds
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup dried apricots
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp coconut oil
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp honey
  6. Take 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

I am Gluten Free and this is the only granola I can eat.

Instructions to make Granola:
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Place it on a lined tray and keep it in oven for 20 mins at 160C
  3. Adjust temperature accordingly
  4. Keep it longer in oven if you like crunchy
  5. Once cool, store in airtight container
