- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the fish into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While fish is cooking, put cooking oil into frying pan and roast red pepper.
- In another frying pan, cook chopped onion until it's translucent (2-3 minutes). Add the ginger and stir for 30 seconds. Add garlic and stir for another minute. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add roasted pepper, salt and pepper and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Place fish and vegetable on your plate and enjoy your meal :)
In large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and red pepper in butter until mushrooms are tender. In a bowl, combine the cheese and flour. Stir in the milk, eggs, savory, salt and cayenne until blended. Saute the mushrooms over high heat until evaporating the moisture.
