  6. Make ready 1 green chilli chopped
  7. Make ready 1 pinch sugar
  8. Take 2 cups oil

  1. Mash boiled potatoes add salt as per taste and and 2 tbsp of singhada flour and mix well
  2. In a bowl add grated coconut, dry fruits, green chilli, salt and sugar. Mix well
  3. Take small ball of potato mix, with a thumb press in centre and make round, now fill one spoon of coconut mix and close the ball to give kachori shape
  4. Once kachori is ready dip it in remaining singhada flour and keep it aside. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  5. Heat oil and fry these kachoris on a medium flame till golden brown. Remove it on a tissue paper. Serve hot.
