- Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies
- Add lentil dumplings and fry till golden brown
- Add vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add gourd leaves and cover till it is soft
- Stir fry well adding sugar
- Serve it with rice
Reduce oil just to keep a tbsp. for making the curry. Throw wild celery seeds and the bay leaves. Add the chopped bottle gourd and stir. Add salt and turmeric powder and stir mix well. Add remaining ginger paste, slit green chilies and mix.
