  6. In small plate add kala masala, salt and oil. Mix well. Keep aside.
  7. Take a small ball. Roll it like puri. Don’t use dry flour while rolling.
  8. Apply kala masla over the puri. Fill enough stuffing at the centre.
  9. Fold from one side and then other. Fold the edges of the both sides.
  10. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the vadi on low medium flame on both side till it becomes crispy.
  11. Take it on tissue paper. Pudachi vadi is ready to eat. Serve with tomato sauce.
