I just made these muffins and they are great!. Combine flaxseed meal, sugar, chia seeds, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add bananas, eggs, and apple; mix batter thoroughly. Add the flax meal and chia seeds and start to mix.

Steps to make Pineapple chia and flax seed Muffins:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add curd, oil and give it a mix. Then add the powdered sugar and again heat it a mix till sugar will dissolve. Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence and pineapple puree and give it a mix.
  2. Add maida, oat powder, baking soda, baking powder and give it a mix using a whisk. Add the chia seeds and flax seeds and gently mix it.
  3. Preheat the oven in 180°c for 10 mins. Grease the muffin moulds. Add the mixture to it. Bake them for 35 mins at 180°c.

Add the add almond milk and mix until well combined. There's not a whole lot of mystery behind these muffins. Mix everything together, bake, and you're done! One note I want to add though, is that like all keto and low carb flours, ground golden flax seed is very dense when baked. I planted one zucchini plant this year and so far four zucchini have sprouted up quickly.
