In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt and butter until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. Beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. Sift the flour and put in a bowl, add butter or ghee, a pinch salt and crumble finely with fingers and should gather in your hand. Add little water at time and knead a semi soft dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Boil potatoes and peas separately.let it cool. Mash the potatoes.
  3. Take a pan add two spoons oil and add boiled potatoes and peas, add all above-mentioned spices and finely chopped coriander leaves. Cook for few minutes Mix well. Let it cool.
  4. Now take the dough, divide into equal portions and make balls. Clean the work top and spread some flour on it, now take one ball and roll into oval shape chapati and cut in the centre.
  5. Now take one piece in your palm and make a cone, add some stuffing and Seal the sides with the help of little water on sides.
  6. Make a perfect shape and similarly make all samosas like this.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium high and fry till golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
