You can use powdered palm sugar or palm jaggery instead of jaggery. There may be a difference in colour. The colour might differ depending on the jaggery and apple used. You can use walnuts or chopped badams instead of tuti fruity.

Instructions to make Palm jaggery apricot wheat cake-  eggless:
  1. For baking i use cooker. Preheat the cooker with salt for 5 mins.Grease a pan with oil and dust with flour. Set aside. In a bowl add palm jaggery and water and boil until the jaggery gets dissolved.
  2. Take wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl
  3. Then add cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and nutmug powder and mix well.
  4. Drain the dissolved jaggery water.
  5. Add in melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  6. After that add the dry fruits and nuts and mix well.
  7. Spoon it in the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins. Remove it and cool it down.
  8. Slice into small pieces.
