- For tempering ghee in pan once it’s hot add red whole chilli, sesame seeds, and curry leaves once it start crackling it’s ready.
- Serving, pour gravy in pan, add kofte and while serving pour hot tadka on top. Serve it with Roomali roti or laccha paratha.
