  5. Place the mixture into a tin and press the remaining Oreos (crushed) onto the top.
  6. Let set overnight and enjoy!

I used a bar of white chocolate. The bars are full of mint flavor, a perfect complement for the chocolate fudge and the chocolate-filled Oreo cookie crust. For the crust, I used Chocolate-Filled Oreos and ground them in my food processor with melted Kerrygold Unsalted Butter. It's basically the same crust used in Marshmallow. Spoon hot fudge over each slice of cheesecake.
