- Add Broth that was used to cook Beef Shank, and bring to the boil. Add Curry Roux blocks and Beef pieces, stir to combine, and simmer on a low heat for a few minutes. Add extra Broth if too thick.
- Serve on a plate with Freshly Cooked Rice.
Lower the heat to medium heat, and add the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Stir to combine, coating the vegetables with the oil and beef drippings. Add the shanks and thyme on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
