Peel the arrowroots and cut them into fries shape/size. Ensure the arrowroot fries are well dried before you start seasoning with thw spices. Mix all the spices and arrow root in a bowl and mix well until each arrowroot is well coated witht he spices. Get an oven tray and line it with foil.

- Peel the arrowroots, wash, cut into desired pieces and boil to softed.
- After boiling, drain all the watet and set it aside. Meanwhile heat up cooking for deep frying the ndumas
- Deep fry the ndumas till they become crispy. Drain the oil and set aside
- In a saucepan, fry the onions and tomatoes. Add in the tomato paste and all the spices and soysauce and stir to mix well
- Add in the 3 tablespoons of water to form a paste
- Add in the dhania, stir well. Let it cook for 1 min. Serve and enjoy
- Add in the deep fried ndumas slowly as you make sure they are coated in the paste
