Steps to make Laal Kila Leg Piece (Chicken):
- Wash the thai red chilli peppers and trim the stems.
- Slit the chilli peppers upto the position just below the stems.
- Scoop out all the seeds and put the seeds in other bowl.
- Add warm water and thai red chillies in a mixer and make a paste.
- Boil chicken leg pieces for about 5 mins and keep the stock in other bowl.
- Heat mustard oil in pan, add sugar.
- Sauté onion paste and garlic paste for 5 mins.
- Add chicken leg pieces and stir till oil separates.
- Add thai red chilli pepper paste and paprika powder, kashmiri red mirchi powder, pepperico sauce, garam masala powder and stir in low flame for 15-20 mins.
- Add 1 cup chicken stock,sugar and salt.
- Simmer it until the consistency becomes thick and pour vinegar on it.
- Melt butter in a pan and pour it on the thai red chilli pepper seeds in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
- Pour the mixture of melted butter and thai red chilli pepper seeds on the preparation and serve hot with roti and onion salad.
