Instructions to make Bhunaa chicken:
  1. Marinate chicken with thick curd kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,and 1tsp lemon juice.
  2. Take a pan put oil let it heat then add bayleaf,cloves, and diced onions when it turns to light brown colur add crushed garlic,ginger and saute it until golden brown colur switch of the gas.take this masala in a mixer blend it with few drops of water.
  3. Again take a pan put tat masala onto pan add salt and stir it for 2minutes and now add marinated chicken cook it on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes now add tomato puree stir it cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.now crush the cardamom with a rolling pin or u can use cardamom powder also after 10 minutes sprinkle tat cardamom on the top at this stage ur chicken z cooked and u can see the gravy z leaving oil at the corners switch off the gas.

Take a piece of coal put it on a gas stove for 6 to 7nminutes untill u can see it's flamy colur take a small katori place it in yge center of ur chicken pan place ur coal there and a piece of clove drizzle 1tsp ghee on the top of the coal immediately cover ur pan with the lid let it close for 4 to 5 minutes now open it remove the katori garnish it with onions and coriander enjoy delicious chicken legsπŸ”πŸ—πŸ—
