Steps to make Papad Moong dal Chaat:
  1. In mixer jar add soaked & de skined split green moong dal, green chillies, ginger pieces, coriander leaves and peppercorns. Grind into little coarse mixture.(Without water).
  2. Transfer in mixing bowl add asafoetida and salt mix well.
  3. Cut urad papad in 4 pieces as shown. Heat oil in frying pan. In whisk fresh curd and black rock salt and cummin seeds powder, mix well and keep aside.
  4. Apply prepare moong-dal batter on each Papad piece as shown.
  5. Gently put in hot oil. Deep fry in hot oil on low- medium flame till crispy golden.(Prepare few at time as required..as it will become soggy as it gets cool).
  6. Arrange fried papad- moong dal chips in serving plate as shown. Sprinkle red dates khajur chutney and spicy green chutney on it as shown.
  7. Sprinkle whisk curd on it. Garnish with pomegranate pearls, chopped coriander leaves.
