  11. Make ready 8 small flour tortillas
  12. Make ready 2 tablespoons oil
  13. Take (1 tbsp or the frying pan and 1 tbsp for the chipotle mixture)
  14. Make ready Salt and pepper to taste (I used smoked salt)

Fry it on one side for a minute until it’s toasted then carefully flip it over! You can keep the made tortillas in a warm oven whilst you make the rest.1. Tuck in and enjoy 😊

Add the chicken to the skillet and saute over medium-high heat until done,. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the green bell peppers, red bell peppers, onion, and chicken. On one side of the tortilla, add an even layer of mexican cheese blend, followed by a layer of chicken mixture and then a layer of smoked cheddar and smoked gouda. Fold the other half of the tortilla over to cover the cheese and chicken.
