Steps to make Masala arbi:
  1. Clean and wash the arbi and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
  2. Cool and peel the arbi and cut into circles.
  3. Heat oil in kadai add ajwain,jeera,methi,hing turmeric powder,add green chillies,ginger chopped add tometo and cook till soft then add dry masalas and mix well add arbi and stir for a while.
  4. Add little water if needed add corriander leaves and serve with chapati and rice.

By the way, I learnt this recipe from my mom and she learnt it from her mom!! I've made a small change though - I did not deep fry it but used the air fryer for making it.
