Instructions to make Kulkul:
  1. In mixing bose add 1 cup all-purpose flour, add ajwain, grated cheese, green paste, melted butter and salt as per taste. Make a soft dough.
  2. And rest this dough for 15 mints cover with butter paper.
  3. Make round shape balls and flattens like chapati. Cut into square shape pieces.
  4. I like shell shape so I give here shell shape.(give whatever shape we like)
  5. After all shape done. Heat a pan and heat oil put all the shells step by step for deep fry.
  6. Fry on medium low flame till become golden and crispy.
  7. Here our crispy, crunchy, jhatpat, tea snack, ready to eat.
  8. Addtion- we can add here grated panner also for more taste.(but, if panner added so we can not preserve this more than 2 -3 days)so usually I avoid to add panner. It is also good option make in dewali faral.
