  1. At first heat a pan,add 2tbsp peanut,and fry for few mints. let it be cooled.
  2. Now heat another pan,add 1tbsp oil,then add 2chopped tomato,fry for few mintues. Add salt,dry roasted peanut and 2green chili, cook for 2min. Let it be cooled.
  3. In a mixer jar add tomato mixer and 1tbsp imli pulp,1tsp sugar. blend it,not make it very smooth.
  4. In a tarka pan add 1tbsp oil,1tsp chana dal,1tsp urad dal, 6-7 curry leaves,red chili,mustard seed 1tsp,Asafoetida 1 pinch, fry for few mints. Then add the tarka in tomato mixer. Mixed well and serve with idli, dosa or any kind of paratha.
