It's as usual chaat recipe, i just take that Puffed rice and then mix it with all spices and onions and coriander. For the tangy taste i don't use tamarind paste here i use some lemon juice. Jhal means spicy and Muri means puffed rice or murmure, combination of spices and murmure is Jhal Muri.   1. Take a bowl add fried bengal gram, chaat masala, gram Masala,chilli powder, peanut,salt, black salt, sev, onion, tomato, cocount flakes, Cucumber, green chillies, pinch of ginger, corinder leaves mix all these ingredients and add all puffed rice, sweet chatuney, lime juice.
