  1. First peel the mango cut it into small pcs. Make a paste of raw mango, green chiles and coriander leaves.
  2. First Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste, mustard paste, poppy seed paste, the mango paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and mustard oil. Keep it for 30 min. Now cut the onion and make barista.
  3. Now in the same oil add the kalonji. Then add only the marinated chicken. Fry them. Now add the remaining reserved marination.
  4. Now let the masala fry till oil starts coming out of it. Now add water to it. Add salt but check as it was already added during marination. When it comes to boil add the fried onion. Cover and let it cook. First 15 min in high flame and then 5-8 min in low flame. Till oil starts coming out of it.
  5. Check if the chicken is fully cooked. Garnish it with remaining fried onions and red Chile. Serve it with hot rice.
