- Take a pot add 3 to 4 tsp oil. Add all spicies (masala) just fry them. Add 2 to 3 tsp water.
- Now add chana. Add lemon (if you don't have lemon you can add Mango powder). Add 2 tsp water cover it for 2 to 3 mins. (Masala acha sa pak Jaya).
- Turn off the flame and cool it. Add tomatoes, onions and dhaniya.
- Now add green chilli, potatoes and papri.
- Add Chaat masala and Zeera powder. Black chana Chaat is ready.
