- To steam the corn: in a pan with a lid (or two pans depending on whether the cobs will fit), put about 5cm of water. Bring to the boil. Put the cobs in. Cover and steam for about 5 mins. The corn is bright yellow when ready. Let the cobs cool and then cut the kernels off.
- Mix the onion and corn in the serving bowl.
- Add the oil and lemon juice. Mix together.
