- Add them to a non stick frying pan as they are to be cooked on medium dry fried. Next slice the onion and add that to dry fry too with the sausage patè,s
- Add the pepper on top of the sausage patè leave to fry for 3 minutes then turn over and add more pepper to that side. Keep turning the onion rings around.
- Add the slices of Brie cheese on top of the patè until the other side is cooked 3 minutes each side. Then add under the grill for 2 minutes.
- Add under the grill.
- Slice the Tomatoes and add the mayo to the top bun. Add the Spinach to the bottom bun. Then add the patè,s and onions on top.
