  5. Get 4 teaspoons dark rum or brandy
  6. Get 2 handful cranberries
  7. Get I egg yolk for brushing
  8. Make ready Powdered or icing sugar for dusting

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °. Soak cranberries in 2 teaspoons of alcohol. Brush pie dish with deep rim of choice with butter or dust with flour.
