- Pressure cook dal with little salt. Heat kadai 2tbsp oil put cumin seeds, whole red chillies add boiled dal put pinch of hing add potatoes &all dry masala salt & sugar. Cover the lid. Let dal for boil, make medium consistency. Turn off flame.
- Now take small ball from dough put peas filling in the center.Fold the ball make small roti with the help of rolling pin. As per photo.
- Heat another kadai. Take oil for frying. Fry kachori one by one. Now kachori & chana dal aloo ki rasa ready for picnic. ππ
