  4. Add salt,red chilli flakes, turmeric powder,baking soda, Coriander leaves and ghee..

  8. Batter should b little thick..
  9. Now dip each potaoes in batter.
  10. Deep fry for 10 min..
  11. First cook in low flame then on high.. turn well one side done..
  12. Serve with tea and enjoyyy
