Heat oil in a pan,make small fritters (kofta'from the daal batter and deep fry on medium flame to a golden brown colour. It's easy to come across Lauki in India.   10. Add grinded tomato,cook it 2 miniutes.
  11. Now add garam masala,salt.Add curd,mix it.
  12. Add 2 cups of water,let it boil 5 miniutes.
  13. Add 1 tsp cream mix it.Temper it with desi ghee & garlic.
  14. Now gravy is ready,sprinkle 1 pinch coriander leaves.
  15. Take a serving plate,put koftas in it.Pour hot gravy in it.
  16. Garnish it with cream,& coriander leaves.
  17. It can be served any time, lunch,or dinner.
