- Now heat ghee into a pan on very low flame and not too hot just warmit on low heat
- Now make the balls of douhg without crack and fry on very low heat and when it looks dark brown in colour dip into hot sheera and cook for 2 min on low flame then turnoff the heat and leave it for 1/2 an hour minimun now your gulabjamun is ready serve it hot or cold as you wish
