- Boil the Gnocchi and fry onions and lardens. Until bacon lardens are cooked.
- Cut the Tomatoes in half. And add to the bacon and onions. Add the mini peppers also. Ten add the Garlic.
- Then add 1/2 tin tomatoes in juice stir in then add the cooked Ginocchi then add avocado, black pepper and Balsamic vinegar mix it in.
- This Balsamic vinegar is really good. Next add the Mozzarella soft cheese and mix until melted
- Then add to a serving dish and serve hot. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and a little parsley on top.
