  5. Cut into sizeable balls. Roll into a circle, brush with little oil and fold again. Repeat for all balls cover again with a damp cloth and let it rest to 10mins.
  6. After 10mins, heat your skillet under medium heat. Roll out each dough into a sizeable circle shape. Place it on the skillet.
  7. Let it cook on one side as you apply little oil. When it has browned nicely. Turn on the other side and let it cook also.
  8. Repeat untill all is cooked.
  9. Serve with your favourite stew.
