  2. In a pot add Beetroot and add 1tbsp ghee and cook it on low until all excess water from beetroot has dried. - Make sure you keep on stirring so it doesn’t stick in the bottom of the pot.
  3. Once dry, add 3tbsp of sugar, a cup of evaporated and a cup of Khoya (milk powder can be used as a substitute)
