Steps to make Fried brown rice with tofu:
- In a deep frying pan add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or regular cooking oil. Once the oil is hot add the ginger and garlic and fry till garlic is slightly brown and burnt.
- Add the chopped capsicum and fry till the skin starts to wrinkle. Add the tofu and boiled veggies and saute till they are glazed and slightly brown.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, green chilli sauce and red chilli paste and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and saute on high flame for 2 minutes to get it smokey. EAT IT WHILE IT'S HOT!
