  3. In a bowl take grated mooli and add salt, green chilli, coriander leaves and ajwain.
  4. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Now take little portion and roll it and stuff some mixture and bind and roll again.
  6. Now cook paratha on both sides by applying ghee.
  7. Serve hot with curd, chutney and papad. Enjoy delicious meal in winter.
