  1. Prepare 2 medium mooli/raddish
  2. Get 2 green chillies
  3. Take 1/4 tsp ajwain
  4. Get 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  7. Take To Taste Salt
  8. Take as needed coriander leaves
Steps to make Mooli Paratha:
  1. Knead wheat flour with water & 2 tbsp oil
  2. Grate mooli & using palms or strainer squeeze the water from mooli
  3. In a bowl add mooli, red & green chillies, coriander leaves, jeeta powder, amchur powder & salt. Mix all well. Filling is ready
  4. Make balls from kneaded flour. Roll it & fill the filling. Roll & fry.
  5. Serve hot with fresh curd/ chutney/ pickle.
  6. 2 medium mooli you can make 5 parathas
