- Prepare 2 medium mooli/raddish
- Get 2 green chillies

- Take To Taste Salt
- Take as needed coriander leaves
Steps to make Mooli Paratha:
- Knead wheat flour with water & 2 tbsp oil
- Grate mooli & using palms or strainer squeeze the water from mooli
- In a bowl add mooli, red & green chillies, coriander leaves, jeeta powder, amchur powder & salt. Mix all well. Filling is ready
- Make balls from kneaded flour. Roll it & fill the filling. Roll & fry.
- Serve hot with fresh curd/ chutney/ pickle.
- 2 medium mooli you can make 5 parathas
