- Get 1.448 kg Chicken
- Get 1 tbls lemon pepper

- Get 1/2 Cup water
Instructions to make My Garlic + Lemon Herb Chicken:
- Prepare the chicken with lemon juice rubbed into the skin then add lemon pepper all over and a little Salt.rub all in.
- Add the chicken over the funnel thing(that's what I call it.) Put it over the funnel an press down til it's secured tight. The hole in the middle of the base you fill with water. It has holes so the chicken steams from the inside while the outside is crisp and browned. Sort of a Rotisserie chicken. Spread the garlic paste and lemon pepper, into the skin. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper all over too.
- When its on pour about a tbls lemon juice inside the chicken it will run to the water. And add some lemon pepper inside too.
- You can do this just the same only wrapped in foil and on an oven tray. Take off the foil for the last few minutes of cook time.
- Cook for 20 minutes on 160°C turn the chicken around then leave for a further 20 minutes. Turn around again for 5 minutes to finish take out and pour the juices left in there into a saucepan.
- Add 1 Chicken stock cube and 1/2 Cup Water bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes add 1 tsp cornflour and mix to thicken the gravy like this is really lovely.
- Cut the chicken up or in half and serve with roast potatoes and veg and gravy.
