I don't have any black vinegar so am going with America's Test Kitchen's substitute of equal parts balsamic and red I. Stir-fry cabbage is one of my favorite banchans.   7. Add the cabbage and black beans to the pork and fry together for one minute.

Serve stir-fry with tortillas, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha for making individual wraps. I also added some beans for heartiness and we ate them with some crème fraîche, sambal and fresh spinach. Made with red cabbage, added onion and cilantro instead of chives. Napa cabbage stir fried with red bell pepper and mushrooms in a savory sauce is topped with crispy salt and pepper tofu. Phrases like "cabbage stir fry" and "salt and pepper tofu" light my fire, and I'm not afraid to admit it.
