  1. Get 3 litres Fresh Milk
  2. Get 1 tin Evaporated Milk
  3. Take 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  4. Make ready 1 and 1/4 cup blanched Almonds and Pistachios (in hot water soak both and when water is cooled down peel them and cut lengthwise)
  5. Make ready 1 and 1/2 cup Vermicelli (break in small pcs)
  6. Prepare Sugar (as required)
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Saffron Strands
  8. Get 1 tsp Cardamon (fine powder)
  9. Prepare few Currants and Raisins (i dont put them)

  1. Keep all milk on boil, add sugar, saffron and cardamon powder, once it's boiling. - Lower heat and let it boil on slow heat. - In a pan braise vermicelli in a teaspoon of ghee brown it up nicely then add in boiling milk, add nuts and boil for 2 minutes then remove from flame. Cover the sheerkhourma so cream is not formed make sure you left a little space to let air escape, not fully covered.
