  8. Use a spoon and spoon up a tablespoon of the mix making sure you have a piece of pork in each dollop, then drop into the oil carefully, just 2 or 3 at a time
  9. Using a slotted spoon, turn them over fry for about 3 minutes , take out and drain.
  10. Makes between 20-24. In between adding the fritters, scoop out all the bits after you have done about 4, and that will bring it back to the right heat, leave a minute between each batch.
  11. Serve with a nice sweet salad
