  5. Then for preparing pakoras take baisan add minch of baking soda then add water and mix and put it aside for 10 to 20 min then add salt and all spices and add chopped onions and mint leaves then mix
  6. Now with your hand pour the mixture in oil and deep fry
  7. Then add them in water after frying them and then press them separate their water and add in the prepared gravy..
  8. Then for tarka heat oil add chopped onions, red round chillies and curry leaves then when onions golden brown pour tarka over curry
  9. Then serve
