  1. Dry roast the black sesame seeds in low medium heat stirring it continously.
  2. When it starts to pop up and nice aroma comes out of it switch off the flame and take off from the gas stove and keep stirring for 2-3  mins. Let it cool down completely.
  3. Now grind them into fine powder. Add the cardamom and the grated Jaggery and pulse it again.
  4. Remove them in a bowl. Crumble them nicely.
  5. Make small balls using your one of your palm. Then using fingers of both hands make them into smooth balls.
  6. Roast the white Sesame Seeds for a min or two. Roll the balls over it and serve.
