  4. After Chana Dal little cool down on room temperature Sprinkle Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt and Salt in it and mix well. You can store it in airtight container and eat it as Tea time snacks.
  5. Now We start making train style Nimbu Masala Chana Dal for that Chopped the Tomato and Green Chillies.
  6. Take one cup fried chana dal. Add chopped tomato and green chillies in it. Also add chopped fresh coriander and lemon juice, sprinkle chat masala and mix well. We can also add chopped onion and cabbage. During summer season we can add chopped raw mangoes in it.
