  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.
  2. Line a dish with baking paper or cling film and pack in all the fruit and nut mix. Top with baking paper, and it weigh it down with another heavy dish or with a filled dish. Place in fridge to set for at least 5 hours.
  3. Once set, remove from the fridge, turn out onto a cutting board and cut into 14 equal bars.
  4. Wrap in grease proof paper or cling film and store in and air tight container in order in the fridge.
