Steps to make Sprouted Black Chana Usal:
  1. First grate the coconut and dry roast coconut, whole garammasala, coriander seeds,1/2 cummin, dry red chillies and keep aside
  2. In same pan add little oil and fry onion till soft and it gets turn into pink colour.
  3. Now take a jar add roasted dry coconut and onion and grind to a fine paste.
  4. Boil sprouted black chana with little salt or take one whistle in cooker.
  5. In a pan heat oil add cummin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter
  6. Now add 1finely chopped onion fry till light golden brown
  7. Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft
  9. Now add turmeric Powder, red chilli Powder,amchoor powder and grinded masala cook for a minute
  10. Add water how much thick or thin you want.
  11. Take a boil, add boiled black chana,and salt check seasoning. And cook for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Finally add coriander leaves and off the gas.
