In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion, cumin and fry until light brown. After that add ginger & garlic paste and cook until light brown. Nihari gosht is seriously tasty beef stew Indian style. And it's still wildly popular in India and Pakistan.

  1. Wash meet and drain all the water. Take mix meet with major portion of bong and long bones for goid flavor
  2. Heat oil
  3. Chopped onion and fry in oil til golden brown
  4. Now add meat and fry with onions and add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  5. Take coffee grinder and add all the dry spices for nihari in it
  6. Add these grinded spices into meat and mix well till oil seperated
  7. Than add whisked yoghurt and mix well till oil seperated
  8. Now add water and close the lid of pressure cooker and cook till meat become very soft
  9. Open the lid and dry all the water till oil seperated again. Now add water to make gravy. When boil comes than add wheat flour slurry and continue to stir till desired consistency achieved. Sprinkle whole spice powder and Sprinkle on top. Turn off heat and cover the lid
  10. Take a frying pan add oil and 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli and heat oil. Pour this oil before serving on the serving dish for good color. Enjoy with naan
