  1. Pressure cook the lobhia for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat oil. Papaya up the mustard.
  3. Add Urad Dal. Saute.
  4. Now add in the hing and curry leaves. Saute.
  5. Add grated ginger, broken red chilli and green chilli. Saute.
  6. Now add the cooked lobhia.
  7. Stir cook for a few mins.
  8. Add salt and grated coconut. Mix well.
