  3. Add 1½ glass water in it.

  5. Take sooji in a bowl and also add water in it and leave it for 15 mins
  6. Add flour,dry methi,salt,coriander,and 2 mashed potatoes and prepare a tight dough of it
  7. Now roll the atta and make puri out of it
  8. And deep fry it
  9. Your delicious dish is readyand serve it with some achar and chutney
