  2. Now take a bowl add besan, onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper,garam masala,dhaniya powder,saunf,amchoor,and ajwain..and by adding water make a smooth batter.
  3. Now take nonstick tawa or pan. Add oil or ghee put the brinjal slices and fill the batter.
  4. Now cover it with lid and cook on low flame for 10 min on one side and now turn the pieces and again cook for 10 min on the other side. Now enjoy it with roti,paratha, raita or any pickle.
